Synchro Channel Manager - How it works

Vertical Booking Synchro Channel Manager is not just a simple Rate Allocator but an Advanced Synchronisation System. Any updates are guaruanteed to be automatically verified and communicated in both directions.

For each update on Vertical Booking, or for each booking taken from one of the associated channels, these indicators appear: 

   indicates that the notification is in progress

   indicates that the notification was successful (i.e. official notification has been received from the channel to say OK, or the update has been verified) 

The updating of all channels takes less than 30 seconds For every alteration of price or availability on Vertical Booking, the system will notify the associated distribution channels of the changes in less than 30 seconds, at which point the green light will appear.

If a problem should occur with the notification, caused for example by an occupied line or an out of service channel server, the red traffic light will appear indicating that the notification was not successful. The notification will be repeatedly re-attempted during the following hour.

Vertical Booking provides assistance 7 days a week to deal with any difficulties you may encounter.

The System can also synchronise all your distribution availabilities by automatically updating them.

It is no longer necessary to specify an allotment for every single channel. This is how our Synchro Channel Manager can update your distribution availabilities:

• Step 1 The system is aligned with 5 double rooms available on all channels   Step 2 A client books a room on one of the channels   Step 3 The availability of the room is automatically updated on the system: at this point the system is realigned without any manual intervention by the system administrator.

Similarly, if the hotelier updates rates, each change is automatically communicated to all connected channels, according to the settings defined in the system (e.g. on the Booking channel max. 3 rooms, price + 3 Euros).
