Vertical Mailing

Vertical Mailing is a programme integrated into the Vertical Booking software for managing e-mail campaigns, enabling the user to manage the communication and promotion of the hotel aimed at current and potential clients or partners (Travel agencies, Tour operators, Businesses).

Clients who make a reservation on Vertical Booking, including individuals, travel agencies, tour operators and businesses, are automatically added to the mailing list. Furthermore, the mailing list can include an unlimited number of recipients.

The software enables you to create different e-mail templates for a range of different purposes, e.g.: newsletters, special offer advertisements, seasonal greetings and best wishes, etc..

• THE PROCESS FOR CREATING AND SENDING AN EMAIL IN 3 EASY STEPS
  

An e-mail can be created and sent in just three quick and easy steps. For each e-mail a number of test addresses can be quickly entered. If the test e-mail is successful, the time and date of the effective e-mail can then be set. Each user can program different mailings that the programme will then send at the specified time and date.

The programme automatically handles 'bounce e-mails' by storing them and subsequently removing the incorrect address(es) from the mailing list. The entire process only takes a couple of minutes even if mailing lists of over 100,000 addresses.

For each e-mail, the programme counts how many of the e-mails are read, replied to, deleted and how many recipients followed the links contained in the e-mails.
