Loyalty Programs or Reward Programs

The Loyalty Programs or Reward Programs are used by hotels chains to promote loyalty in clients, encouraging them to return to the same hotel or book with another hotel within the chain.

In fact, if the other conditions between the hotels on offer are similar, if a chain offers customers benefits for their loyalty, the client is encouraged to book with the chain over the other hotels in the area.

How do they work?

Normally they are divided into various levels: an initial level that requires registration only, and then other levels accessible according to the points earned. A guest earns points each time they stay with one of the chain’s hotels. Points can be based on the number of nights or the amounts spent for the stays.
