The company develops and commercialises a CRS (Central Reservation System) on a global scale. The complete suite includes a Booking Engine, Synchro Channel Manager, a Metasearch Manager, a CRO (Central Reservation Office), GDS Connectivity and Representation, Marketing and Intelligence Tools, and Applications (iOs/Android). The suite is available as a complete package or each module can be purchased separately.

The company also develops and distributes reservation software, DMS, for destinations and Tour Operators.

Company Governance

The Vertical Booking Strategy and Development Committee is responsible, at group level, for defining the guidelines for managing the group. The Committee consists of Mark Lewis Brown, Erik Muñoz, Alberto Guadalupi, and Maria Teresa Mastropietro.

Mark Lewis Brown is responsible for the commercial development of the Vertical Booking platform in the Americas and in the United States in particular, and is involved in key decision making regarding the strategies and development of the group.

Mark also coordinates the development of products and applications for the U.S. market and for hotel chains.

He has over 25 years’ experience in the hospitality sector.

Erik Muñoz

Erik Muñoz

In his role as Chief Commercial Officer, Erik provides leadership and strategic guidance across global marketing, sales and corporate development.

Erik is also an active contributor to the product development team, leveraging his deep experience in hotel online distribution, revenue management and hotel management solutions.

Alberto Guadalupi

Alberto Guadalupi is responsible for coordinating the technological development of the products and services of the group.

As a member of the Strategy and Development Committee, Alberto Guadalupi is also involved in defining the group’s general technical and commercial strategies.

Alberto has many years’ experience in Company Management and the development of technical products.

Maria Teresa Mastropietro

In her role as Chief Financial Officer, Maria Teresa is responsible for managing the finances of the company. As a Strategy and Development Committee member, she is also involved in key decision making for the group, ensuring a stable financial base for the strategies defined.

In the role of Human Resources Director, she ensures the company recruits the most talented candidates and that they are supported in their professional development, in accordance with the company’s core values.

Christian Lepom

GDS Business Director and Key Accounts Manager

Christian Lepom

In his role as GDS Business Director, Christian Lepom is responsible for the development of the GDS channel and promoting the Alesia Distribution brand to travel agents and business partners around the world, providing consultancy to clients, and coordinating internal procedures.

As Key Accounts Manager, he also handles the company’s most important clients (hotels and partners), keeping them up to date with news and progress and offering consultancy services.
